We are hiring for our client, a company in the medical device production and sales sector, located in Bouskoura – Ouled Saleh, an HR Officer – Payroll & Administration.







  • Manage complete payroll: collect variables, process, check (on Sage)

  • Handle staff administration: contracts, certificates, leave, absences, employee files

  • Ensure compliance with social legislation and labor law

  • Manage social declarations and relations with relevant organizations

  • Update HR dashboards and participate in social reporting

  • Contribute to improving HR procedures



Required profile :

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent

  • Proven experience in payroll and HR administration

  • Mandatory experience in payroll management on Sage

  • Good knowledge of social law and labor legislation

  • Proficiency in office software

  • Meticulous, autonomous, organized, and discreet
