Strategic Steering & Development

• Define and implement the simulation center strategy (vision, objectives, priorities)


• Design the development plan (simulation offering, growth, innovation)


• Ensure scientific and technological watch in simulation (tools, pedagogical approaches)


• Develop partnerships (universities, university hospitals, institutes, industry professionals, associations, certification bodies)


• Promote the center nationally/internationally (events, conferences, publications)

Management of Pedagogical Activities

• Ensure the planning, organization, and monitoring of simulation training for students from the International Faculty of Medicine, the Higher School of Paramedical Sciences, and the Higher School of Biomedical Engineering.


• Design the overall structure of the pedagogical offering in simulation


• Supervise:

1. the design of scenarios


2. the planning of sessions


3. 
   the facilitation and debriefing (or validation of practices)


4. 
   maintenance / safety of equipment

• Ensure the availability and optimal use of infrastructure


• Develop the center's annual schedule (sessions, maintenance, projects)


• Ensure the traceability and compliance of internal procedures


• Produce periodic reports (activity, performance, annual review)

Profile Sought:

• Full-time University Professor specializing in medical or surgical fields with at least 10 years of experience in health training or pedagogical engineering, clinical simulation, and team management or structure leadership.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Health simulation: active pedagogy, scenario design, debriefing


• Pedagogical engineering & skills assessment.
