Job :
Main tasks:
1- Analysis of the existing tool:
- Understand the file structure (tabs, formulas, macros, mapping).
- Identify dependencies and data flows.
- Map existing VBA macros, Python, and scripts.
2- Technical optimization:
- Fix bugs and issues.
- Improve macro performance.
- Refactor or clean up code to improve readability and maintainability.
- Automatic formatting for key stakeholders in CDGS and HR, and business operational staff.
3- Update and adaptation of new features, Development – Automation:
- Simulation of increases.
- Summary dashboard.
- Possible integration of a simplified user interface (VBA UserForm or mini Python app).
4- Documentation:
- Write a clear and structured user guide.
- Technical documentation of VBA and Python code.
- Train the team to ensure smooth handover.
Required profile :
- You are a 5th-year student in: Computer Science, Data, Statistics, Engineering, MIAGE, Finance with development skills, etc. (internship agreement required)
- Very good command of VBA Excel (macros, forms, automation, UserForm creation) and PYTHON (pandas, openpyxl, data processing)
- Ability to understand an existing tool, adapt it to current needs, and be proactive in optimizing the process.
