We are recruiting for our client, a company specializing in the wholesale and distribution of pharmaceutical products, an Administrative and Financial Director (AFD).
Reporting to the General Management, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial and administrative functions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to the company's strategy and development.
Main tasks:
Supervise and coordinate accounting, financial, and administrative activities.
Prepare and track budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.
Ensure the company's tax, social, and regulatory compliance.
Manage treasury, cost control, and management control.
Optimize administrative and financial processes and implement effective tracking tools.
Lead and develop financial and administrative teams.
Participate in the company's strategy and investment decisions.
Required profile :
Higher education degree in finance, accounting, or management (Master's degree level - Bac+5).
Significant experience of at least 7 years in a similar role, ideally in the pharmaceutical or distribution sector.
Very good command of Moroccan accounting, tax, and social standards.
Proven skills in financial management, management control, and reporting.
Leadership, organizational skills, and ability to manage teams.
Analytical and decision-making skills, rigor, and integrity.
