Required profile :

To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree (BAC+3) or a Master's degree (BAC+5). A specialization in Banking, Call Center Occupations, or any other relevant field would be a definite asset. Solid training in communication, customer relations, and customer management is also appreciated. The ability to work with different computer systems is also a key element of the desired profile.
