As part of our continued development, we are recruiting BtoB Telephone Advisors responsible for setting appointments for an information campaign targeting professionals.

Reporting to the manager, your main responsibilities will be:

• Contacting professional establishments to verify their current equipment.
• Presenting the proposed program: new equipment, maintenance services, possible financial aid.
• Identifying needs and arranging a telephone appointment with a specialized advisor.

You are recognized for the following qualities/skills:

• Ease on the phone and good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade and handle objections.
• Dynamism, seriousness, and professionalism.
• Experience in BtoB appointment setting or telemarketing is an asset.
