Job :

You will work within the Offers and Catalogues department. This department supports the market launch process for offers and complex projects in the Residential and Business Marketing domain, by implementing, through business projects, the IS solutions enabling their commercialization and management.




You will be responsible for steering business projects in the domain, from study to generalization.




You will be involved in steering one or more projects on SME business market themes, particularly related to improving Fiber production, ALL IP programs/RTC shutdown, deployment of innovative business telephony offers, Convergent Business Offers, as well as new value-added services offered in partnership with key market players.




You will also be the preferred IS contact for the business lines in the domain and will support the implementation of business projects on the IS side from the start of the study to full generalization for cross-functional projects managed in TTM.




As such, you will steer the actions that contribute to the design and construction of the IS solution, ensure that business requirements are met, and manage project reporting and communication.




In the upstream phases, you will be supported by the cross-functional study manager responsible for IS solution design, as well as by the functional stakeholders for qualification and functional coordination, who will be necessary after the project kick-off.




You will thus work in conjunction with the Orange France Project Manager and the various business lines in the domain (After-Sales Service, Production Order, BI, Customer Service, UI, etc.).




Therefore, you will be responsible for the IS solution and its limitations with regard to these constraints for your business lines.




Orange's project operating and governance methods are evolving. You will therefore be involved in working with both Waterfall and Agile projects coordinated within a train.




Depending on the projects, you will work according to the governance set up in a value chain or in a TTM committee.
 




Required profile :

Higher education in Computer Science with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in information systems.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with experts from different entities (IS, marketing, legal, processes, workstation, technical - networks, service platforms, etc.).

  • Proficiency in project management for an application or cross-functional scope

  • Ability to mobilize stakeholders outside of your reporting scope

  • A synthetic mind enabling you to grasp the complex issues of each project, in which very different elements are involved (commercial, legal, regulatory, technical, ergonomics, etc.).

  • Mastery of the art of negotiation

  • Proficiency in oral and written communication, as well as natural leadership to manage multidisciplinary working groups.

  • You focus on the essentials and constantly seek to optimize customer and business value in managing your projects.

  • Ideally, you are familiar with the IS domain of business internet and convergent offers and their associated processes (catalogue, order, delivery, billing, after-sales service, Business Intelligence, etc.), or you will learn about it!
