As a B to B Telemarketer, your main goals will be to promote our products and services to a demanding professional clientele, identify and qualify prospects to expand our client portfolio, and retain existing customers through personalized and quality support. You will be a key player in achieving our commercial objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to our company's brand image. Your daily tasks will be varied and rewarding. You will be responsible for:
- Making outbound calls to professional clients (pharmacies, laboratories, healthcare professionals) to present our offers and generate interest.
- Managing and qualifying inbound contacts from various marketing campaigns or information requests.
- Identifying the specific needs of each prospect and proposing solutions adapted to their expectations and constraints.
- Ensuring commercial follow-up of cases, from initial contact to the completion of the sale or partnership.
- Gathering valuable information on the market and competitors to optimize our sales strategies.
- Actively participating in achieving sales targets set by management.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of sales processes and customer relations.
You will also be responsible for keeping customer databases up-to-date and preparing regular activity reports.
Required profile :
To excel in this role, a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) is required. A specialization in Call Center professions would be a plus, demonstrating a deep understanding of remote communication and sales techniques. This academic background will have helped you develop strong skills in communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management, which are essential foundations for success in a demanding and dynamic B to B environment.
First successful experience in a similar role, lasting 1 to 3 years, is desired. Whether in telemarketing, customer service, or sales, this period will have allowed you to gain good mastery of the tools and techniques specific to remote customer relations. You will have developed telephone fluency, active listening skills, and commercial drive, which will be crucial for this position. If you have previously worked in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector, this would be a definite advantage.
