Job :

In this context, the Mobile and Internet Test Department ensures the processing of anomalies related to the commercial launches of Orange France offers and thus contributes to the quality loop of the catalogs.




The activity consists of managing production anomalies, from receiving the request to capitalization, including catch-up if necessary for the Internet and Mobile scope.




The activity concerns all anomalies from a commercial launch and is divided into 2 periods: VSR and Post T3.




Requests arrive either via the "tempo" tool or by email:





  • Qualify the request to ensure it is indeed an anomaly: find the marketing brief, the catalog, the transverse modeling manager (RMT) who handled the request

  • Trace the request in the tempo tool (or in sharepoint for now) and assign it to the RMT concerned by the fix

  • Respond to the requester to acknowledge receipt of their request

  • Manage the fix:

    • Ensure that requests are properly processed, follow up, and if necessary, chase to meet deadlines

    • Organize and lead meetings with the various stakeholders on the subject if necessary





1/ VSR:





  • Manage the commercial release bridge and the VSR bridge during the 15 days following the collection launch.

  • Send the daily report





2/ Post T3





  • Participate in billing meetings (every 15 days) and Soft monitoring (every week)

  • Participate in the Configuration committee or lead the meeting if necessary





Closure:





  • Manage catch-up if necessary

  • Ensure the ticket is correctly filled out when the fix has been deployed

  • Notify the requester of the incident so they can validate the fix





Capitalization:





  • Organize the review meeting with partners before the last milestone

  • Organize the transfer of pain points during the last collection milestone and monitor their evolution

  • Propose areas for improvement by identifying P0, reiterating, or recurring anomalies

  • Participate in the capitalization meeting

  • Participate in the steering committee





Vital Tests




The team manages tests on the day of commercial release and coordinates various stakeholders, writes the report, and escalates anomalies on the VSR bridge






Required profile :

The candidate must have:





  • Very good written and oral communication skills

  • Significant experience in incident management on IT projects.

  • Experience in coordinating the work of multiple teams

  • The ability to lead meetings with multiple stakeholders remotely

  • Dynamism

  • Reactivity
