• Main Missions:


• • Management of the maintenance team: Supervise and train the mechanical maintenance technicians team.
  
  • Planning and Execution: Develop and implement the preventive and corrective maintenance plan for all steelworks equipment.
  
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvement actions to reduce unscheduled downtime and optimize equipment availability.
  
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze performance indicators, write reports, and propose solutions to improve the efficiency of operations.
  
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (production, quality, safety) to ensure smooth operation of the steelworks.


• • Intervene quickly and effectively in case of serious breakdowns, thus ensuring the continuity of operations.
  
  • Monitor and evaluate maintenance interventions, while proposing improvements to optimize machine performance in terms of costs and utilization rates.
  
  • Organize, train, and motivate your team, providing them with technical support and fostering an environment conducive to operational excellence.
  
  • Raise awareness and train staff on the importance of predictive maintenance, thus contributing to the prevention of breakdowns.
  
  • Ensure constant technological monitoring and rigorously manage technical documentation.
  
  
  
   

Profile Sought:

• • Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a similar field.
  
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a steelworks or similar industrial environment.
  
  • Technical Skills: Mastery of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  
  • Leadership: Ability to lead a team and foster the development of employee skills.
  
  • Results-Oriented: Analytical mindset and ability to make quick decisions to solve technical problems.
