As part of our development, we are hiring a Sales Administration Officer for our site in Bouskoura. Acting as a key link between the sales teams and internal departments, you will actively contribute to the reliability of administrative follow-up and the quality of customer service.




Here are the main tasks you will be responsible for:





  • Prepare and follow up on quotes in coordination with the design office team

  • Ensure complete administrative management of customer orders up to invoicing

  • Update customer databases and ensure information accuracy

  • Manage commercial documents and provide regular reporting

  • Ensure deadlines are met, service quality is maintained, and customer satisfaction is achieved

  • Participate in the continuous improvement of Sales Administration processes




Required profile :

Associate's or Bachelor's degree (Bac+2/3) in management, commerce, administration, or equivalent




At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial setting




Proficiency in office software, especially Excel; knowledge of an ERP system (SAGE) is a plus




Personal qualities: rigor, attention to detail, autonomy, and teamwork skills




Ability to manage priorities, work under deadlines, and adapt to a dynamic environment
