Job :
Payment Management
- Ensure payment of valid invoices and payment orders (taxes, salaries, travel, debts, leasing, etc.)
- Monitor the distribution of flows between banks and processing times
- Report cash outflow forecasts to the account position manager
- Prepare and transmit payment activity reports on time
- Ensure the proper functioning of treasury tools (TLine, KTP, Customs EPS, check letters, etc.)
- Generalize digital solutions for payment flows to all subsidiaries
- Propose IT tools to improve the payment process
- Update the operating letters for Group accounts
- Align subsidiaries with Group standards and procedures
- Manage bank guarantees and sureties (customs, export clients, etc.)
Team Management
- Define objectives and approve employees' action plans
- Establish and monitor the entity's operating budget
- Update work procedures and ensure their proper application
- Organize the distribution and rotation of roles to promote versatility
- Lead annual evaluations and skills development (training, coaching)
Required profile :
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in finance, accounting, or management
- Minimum 7 years of experience in treasury, accounting, or banking roles
- Proven experience in payment management and team management
- Proficiency in treasury management tools
- Strong leadership and communication skills
