Overview
The HR Analyst provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources Department by managing employee records, processing HR documentation, and supporting day-to-day HR activities. The role focuses on accurate record-keeping, coordination, and implementation of HR processes to ensure smooth HR operations and consistent employee support.
Key Responsibilities :
HR Records & Data Administration
Maintains accurate and updated employee records in HR systems, files, and trackers.
Processes employee information updates such as personal data changes, employment status changes, and internal movements.
Ensures proper filing, safekeeping, and confidentiality of employee documents and records.
Conducts regular checks to ensure consistency between HR records and official documents.
HR Documentation & Transactions
Prepares and issues routine HR documents such as employment certificates, service records, and internal HR notices.
Supports onboarding and offboarding administration by preparing required documents and checklists.
Assists in the processing of HR forms and approvals in accordance with company policies.
HR Operations Support
Coordinates with internal stakeholders to facilitate HR-related requests and requirements.
Tracks and monitors completion of HR action items and administrative tasks.
Provides administrative support to HR initiatives, programs, and activities.
Compliance & Policy Support
Assists in ensuring HR records and processes are aligned with company policies and labor regulations.
Supports internal audits and reviews by preparing required HR documentation.
Helps maintain updated HR policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
Employee Support
Responds to employee administrative inquiries related to HR processes, documentation, and records.
Logs and tracks requests and concerns through the HR ticketing or tracking system, if applicable.
Escalates concerns to appropriate HR personnel when necessary and follows through to resolution.
Required profile :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in HR administration, HR operations, or a similar role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Good organizational and coordination skills.
Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).
