Talent Acquisition Specialist – Sales & Closing
You will be at the heart of the recruitment process and will be involved in the entire cycle, in direct contact with operational teams and management.
Your main tasks:
Sourcing and identifying commercial profiles (Closers, Sales, Account Executives, high-level Tele-advisors)
Telephone pre-qualification and skills assessment (pitch, attitude, sales logic)
Conducting structured interviews (soft skills, motivation, career projection)
Following up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Coordination with internal teams (scheduling, feedback, decisions)
Contribution to the continuous improvement of the recruitment process (tools, methods, reporting)
Required profile :
Profile sought
Degree in HR, management, sales or equivalent
Experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, ideally in sales or business profiles
Excellent oral and written communication skills in French
Ability to quickly assess potential, motivation, and job fit
Organization, rigor, sense of priorities
Comfortable in a dynamic environment with recruitment volumes
Professional attitude, discretion, and internal service orientation
