Job :
As part of its development, Groupe Oriane is looking for an Agricultural Production Manager H/F across several sites around Marrakech.
Reporting to the General Management, you will play a key role in the success of agricultural activities. You will be a true driving force to ensure the performance and quality of production. Your mission is not limited to crop management: you will also need to support, supervise, and motivate your teams to create collective momentum.
Your goal will be to provide a clear and forward-looking vision of production, while ensuring compliance with standards, regulatory conformity, and resource optimization. You will be proactive in improving yields, reducing costs, and implementing innovative practices. Your management skills and ability to unite will be essential to achieve the set objectives.
Main missions:
• Technical and operational management of agricultural activities
• Development and monitoring of technical pathways
• Implementation of good agricultural practices
• Monitoring of plant health, fertilization, irrigation, and nutrition
• Planning and coordination of cultivation operations
• Monitoring yields and quality
• Implementation of performance indicators
• Supervision of farm or sector managers, workers, and seasonal staff
• Organization of teams according to priorities
• Optimization of production costs
• Maintaining certifications (Global gap, Organic, UEBT, HACCP)
Required profile :
• Master's degree (Agronomist Engineer)
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar role in agricultural production
• Strong leadership, ability to unite and mobilize teams
• Organizational skills, rigor, autonomy, and responsiveness
• Analytical skills, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Languages: fluency in Arabic and French. English is a plus.
