Job :

  • Contribute to the implementation of the recruitment process.

  • Ensure the updating and follow-up of a pool of qualified candidates.

  • Guarantee the follow-up of administrative formalities related to hiring: preparation of forms, collection and verification of administrative documents, etc.

  • Ensure the follow-up and administrative management of training activities.

  • Prepare and track purchase orders, acknowledgments of receipt, and other related administrative documents.

  • Receive and process invoices related to HR development services.

  • Ensure the follow-up of payments to service providers and rigorous document filing.

  • Provide operational support and assistance to the HR Business Partner.



Required Skills:





  • Good knowledge of HR fundamentals, especially in recruitment and training.

  • Ability to work in support of an HR Business Partner and interact with various stakeholders.

  • Sense of organization, rigor, and reliability in administrative follow-up.

  • Team spirit and service orientation.

  • Good written and oral communication skills.

  • Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


Required profile :

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources Management.

  • Successful experience in an HR role, ideally in recruitment and training.

  • Good knowledge of HR processes.
