Job :
Reporting to the Financial Risks and Prudential Steering Department within the Risk Management Pole, your main responsibilities will be:
• Ensure the identification, analysis, and measurement of financial risks (structural risks related to ALM management, market risks related to portfolio management, etc.)
• Ensure the production and analysis of consolidated reports on all financial risks and their medium-term projections
• Lead the Group Risk Function regarding financial risks
• Contribute to the management of CDG and Group financial risk management systems in accordance with the Global Risk Management Policy
• Contribute to the development and analysis of the Group's financial risk profile and its presentation to committees
• Participate in the assessment and analysis of risks arising from the management strategy of various portfolios and CDG's balance sheet structure
• Participate in defining financial risk limits, monitoring compliance with these limits, and conducting contradictory financial analyses (risk profile, limits, stress testing, etc.)
• Participate in the supervision of financial risks of CDG Group's BFA subsidiaries
• Participate in the process of assessing capital requirements
• Participate in the development and consolidation of regulatory, prudential, and internal reporting
Required profile :
What we are looking for:
• Master's degree (Bac +5) from a top engineering school or equivalent.
• Confirmed experience, between 3 and 5 years, in financial risk management, market finance, or actuarial science.
What you will bring:
• Very good command of financial risk analysis techniques (Market, interest rate, liquidity, etc.)
• Very good command of quantitative and data analysis techniques
• Very good understanding of prudential requirements (Basel II/III, IFRS9, Solvency II)
