Job :
Tasks:
- Analyze project needs, determine the best technical solution to achieve maximum operational efficiency, and develop specifications and technical documents; - Participate in the selection of engineering firms, architects, construction companies, and various suppliers by reviewing technical and financial offers; - Forecast the necessary resources for construction (materials, personnel) and ensure the organization and planning of projects to meet deadlines; - Supervise the work of service providers and control site execution in accordance with contractual safety and quality standards; - Lead project progress meetings; - Provide regular reporting on all activities, ensure profitability, and implement corrective actions necessary for the success of projects under their responsibility; - Conduct strategic watch in their field.
Required profile :
- Degree in Public Works/Civil Engineering, ideally with a specialization in Infrastructure. - 7 to 8 years minimum of experience in major development projects; - Rigor, autonomy, availability, and commitment will be your strengths for success in your missions.
