Job :
Reporting to the Head of the Credit Risk Department, your main responsibilities will be:
Processing and Risk Analysis of Credit Applications :
- Analyze credit applications by conducting technical, financial, and economic analyses;
- Ensure the analysis of guarantees and consultation of negative files: blacklists of principals, Credit Bureau to prevent any major risks;
- Verify the consistency between the financial data entered by the business manager and the physical documents;
- Ensure the entry of counter-analysis elements of the files into the business information system;
- Establish customer ratings using dedicated system tools;
- Prepare credit decisions by issuing a justified and factual opinion;
- Issue minutes and credit decisions from various bodies;
- Circulate decisions for signature, ensure their distribution to the network and their filing;
- Ensure the distribution of credit decisions to the relevant departments;
- Review and challenge the financing plan (analysis of repayment capacity and development of Business Plan Stress Tests).
Risk Monitoring and Prevention:
- Analyze the credit risks of existing clients in the portfolio and monitor the evolution of risks related to outstanding credits granted;
- Ensure the analysis of commitments (breakdown of commitments and payments received by market, guarantees by seniority, communication of market statements to the commitment monitoring manager...);
- Act as the interface with various administrations to obtain information on the nature and/or progress of a market;
- Maintain the balance of authorizations granted;
- Develop and update risk-related indicators to prevent potential risks;
- Participate in the preparation of watch committees;
- Process derogation forms and establish monthly follow-ups;
- Monitor standards and procedures and ensure their compliance.
Required profile :
Required technical skills:
• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the banking sector (Risk Department/Commitments/Investment Financing);
• Knowledge of public procurement legislation is desirable;
• Knowledge of banking products and techniques for businesses (financial analysis, customer risk rating techniques; ...)
• Development and analysis of reporting;
• Filing, referencing, and archiving of documents;
