Job :
Organization, planning, and administrative management (calendars, contracts, expense reports, leave…)
Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Monitoring and consolidation of dashboards
Budget management and cost optimization
Writing documents and reports, in French and English
