Pyxel Aluminium designs and manufactures high-value-added aluminum solutions for ambitious architectural projects. In this context, we are looking for a Purchasing Officer capable of structuring and optimizing our purchasing process. Working with various departments within the company, you will contribute to overall performance by ensuring reliable and strategic supply, while meeting our requirements for competitiveness, quality, and responsiveness.

Your main tasks:

• Negotiate and monitor supplier contracts, ensuring the best conditions in terms of quality, price, and deadlines.


• Identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers, in line with the specific needs of our production and our quality requirements.


• Analyze internal needs, collaborate with technical teams, and draft appropriate specifications.


• Ensure operational follow-up of orders, deliveries, and stock levels to guarantee optimal supply continuity.


• Develop and implement innovative purchasing strategies aimed at improving profitability and supporting the company's objectives.


• Implement performance indicators (KPIs) to manage and ensure the reliability of purchasing actions.


• Actively participate in continuous improvement projects related to quality, deadlines, and cost reduction.

Profile sought:
Education: Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) minimum, ideally in Purchasing.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial environment.

Skills and qualities expected:

• Strong command of negotiation techniques


• Knowledge of purchasing management tools (SAGE)


• Proficiency with the Office suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.)


• Rigor, autonomy, and organizational skills
