Job :
Within the Import department, you will be responsible for:
Procurement:
• Establish the provisional procurement schedule and update it periodically
• Check stock status: availability, minimum quantity, and needs
• Propose procurement orders to General Management
• Place orders with our suppliers
• Prepare import files
Budget:
• Prepare supplier payment orders
• Monitor the settlement of our budgets
• Update debtor and creditor schedules
Required profile :
Education :
Bachelor's degree + 4 years of higher education minimum.
Personal Skills : STRONG command of computer tools ESSENTIAL (especially Excel)
Strong ANALYTICAL ability
Sense of organization, Rigor, and discipline
First successful experience in procurement or data analysis is mandatory
