Diagnose and resolve technical incidents related to:
Laptop computers
Motherboards
Graphics cards (VGA)
Network products and other computer components
Ensure follow-up and traceability of cases using the CRM tool
Escalate complex incidents to higher technical levels according to established procedures
Ensure clear, empathetic, and professional communication to ensure customer satisfaction
Required profile :
Profile sought
Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center, ideally in IT technical support
Very high or native level of Spanish, with excellent pronunciation
Advanced knowledge of computer hardware and Windows operating systems
Team spirit and strong customer focus
