Imagine yourself at the heart of a dynamic company in the Retail sector, a company that shapes its customers' experiences and redefines market standards. It is within our Commercial Department, in the vibrant city of Rabat, that we offer you the chance to write a new chapter in your professional journey. This Intern position is a unique opportunity to dive into a passionate team, learn the workings of a constantly evolving sector, and actively contribute to our success. You will not be a mere observer, but a key player, participating in concrete projects that will have a direct impact on our commercial performance. This is the ideal place to start and gain valuable experience in the professional world.
The main goal of this internship is to fully immerse you in the operational realities of the Commercial Department. It is about enabling you to develop your practical skills in sales, customer relations, and commercial strategies. You will have the opportunity to understand how a commercial strategy is developed, implemented, and adjusted according to market dynamics. You are expected to develop a deep understanding of the processes governing our customer interactions, from prospecting to loyalty. The ambition is to make you a seasoned professional, capable of analyzing complex situations and proposing innovative solutions to support the company's growth. Your contribution will be directly linked to achieving our commercial objectives, allowing you to concretely measure the impact of your work and learning.
Your days will be filled with a variety of stimulating tasks that will allow you to experience all aspects of the job. You will actively participate in the development and implementation of commercial strategies, assisting the teams in their daily tasks. An important part of your role will be to support sales development, by participating in performance analysis and identifying new market opportunities. You will also interact with our customers, participating in customer relationship management and ensuring quality follow-up. This includes preparing commercial materials, participating in customer meetings (depending on opportunities and your progress), and contributing to the management of customer databases. Furthermore, you will be involved in occasional market research aimed at better understanding our competitors and anticipating trends. Administrative tasks related to the follow-up of commercial files may also be assigned to you. The goal is to offer you a global and practical vision of how a high-performing commercial department operates.
Required profile :
To join our team as an intern, a level of education corresponding to Bac +2 (equivalent to a 2-year college degree) is required. We are looking for curious and motivated individuals who have already laid the first foundations of their academic path. A specialization in Retail and related trades is particularly appreciated, as it shows a strong interest in our business sector. This theoretical knowledge base will be the ideal starting point for quickly assimilating the practical learning we offer. If your background includes the fundamentals of commerce, sales, or management, your application will be carefully reviewed. We believe in the importance of solid foundations for building a successful career.
Although this is an internship, we value a first experience, even a limited one, that has allowed you to discover the professional world. An experience ranging from 0 to 1 year is sought. This could include previous internships, summer jobs, volunteer projects, or any other activity that has given you responsibilities and allowed you to develop an initial understanding of work environments. This prior experience indicates your adaptability, reliability, and proactivity. It shows that you have already taken the step into active working life and are ready to take on new challenges in our commercial department.
Beyond your education, we are looking for personal and professional qualities that will make you a valuable member of our team. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are essential for effective interaction with colleagues and customers. Your organizational skills and rigor will enable you to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and successfully complete the assignments given to you. Curiosity and a strong desire to learn are major assets, as you will be constantly exposed to new situations and learning opportunities. Good command of basic computer tools, especially the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), is essential for completing your tasks. The ability to work in a team, collaborate, and share ideas will also be highly appreciated. Finally, a positive attitude, initiative, and good stress management skills will help you thrive in this role.
