Job :
Under the responsibility of the Manager and the Director of the Legal Department, you will be in charge of managing simple and/or complex legal operations entrusted to the firm.
As such, your main tasks will be as follows:
• Drafting of documents related to company life events (approvals of accounts, capital increases/reductions, changes in company governance, etc…) ;
• Drafting of various contracts and carrying out formalities related to restructuring operations (sale and acquisition of shares, sale of business assets, mergers, partial asset contributions, etc…) ;
• Drafting of commercial contracts (intercompany agreements, leases, service agreements, etc…) ;
• Drafting of memorandums in various areas of business law (employment law, commercial law, company law, etc…) ;
• Legal and tax watch ;
• Drafting of internal notes.
You will manage client relations for the files entrusted to you and will be in direct contact with all the firm's departments and employees.
Required profile :
With a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Business Law, you have at least 2 years of previous experience in a similar role, ideally gained within a Business Law firm or equivalent.
• You have a real sense of responsibility, a true team spirit, and you will be able to work autonomously in managing your tasks.
• You are a meticulous person with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and writing skills.
• You will benefit from close support with a dedicated Manager and training in the use of our tools and methodology.
• Your curiosity, adaptability, and rigor will be highly appreciated.
