Job Description
- Designs and develops wiring harnesses
- Uses related 2D CAD software tools e.g. Eldorado, Harness XC
- Uses harness development processes and methods e.g. VOBES
- Performs efficient design tasks according to appropriate LEONI and customer guidelines and specification Supports design reviews
- Maintains high knowledge about wiring harnesses and related production processes
- Works in close cooperation with internal departments and related suppliers and customers
- Uses and performs relevant methods and tools e.g. FME, DFM (Design for Manufacturing)"
- Evaluates product change requests and provides solutions
- Acts as resident engineer if required
- Provides technical support for CSO and COO areas and within CTO area
- Communicates with customer engineering department
Qualifications and Experience
- Level of Education: Technical diploma (Bac +2)
- Branch Of Study: technical field (mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering)
- Experience : With 2 Years of experience in the automotive industry
- Language : French and English are mandatory
- Social competences: Communication /Social & intercultural sensitivity / Change management /Target & result orientation/ Motivation & resilience /Self-organization /Conflict management / Teamwork
- Professional competence : Master the Lean Manufacturing, Hoshin Kanri & Continuous Improvement Technique
