Job :

• Legal Advice: Provide proactive legal advice on matters related to labor law, including but not limited to contract drafting, legislative changes, and labor relations management.
• Documentation and Contracts: Draft, review, and ensure the update of employment contracts, internal policies, disciplinary procedures, and any other legal documents concerning human resources.
• Legal Compliance: Ensure the organization's compliance with legal employment obligations by conducting regular audits and implementing required changes.
• Dispute Management: Manage labor-related disputes, prepare cases for judicial and administrative proceedings, and represent the company before the relevant authorities if necessary.
• Training and Awareness: Organize training sessions for managers and employees on legal rights and obligations, thus contributing to the prevention of legal risks.
• Legislative Monitoring: Regularly monitor legislative developments that may impact the organization and adapt HR practices accordingly.




Required profile :

• Education: Degree in law, ideally with a specialization in labor law or social law.
• Experience: Professional experience in a similar role or in a law firm specializing in labor law or in the industry.
• Legal Skills: Strong knowledge of Moroccan labor law and judicial and administrative procedures.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate complex information clearly and accessibly.
• Analysis and Problem Solving: Ability to analyze legal situations, assess risks, and propose practical solutions.
• Languages: Fluency in French and Arabic, both spoken and written.
