With over 30,000 employees across Asia, the Americas, Africa, and Europe, we offer a dynamic environment to develop and perfect your skills in a field filled with exciting challenges and opportunities.<o:p></o:p><o:p></o:p>À propos du rôle• Lead the charge in integrating and optimizing HR IT solutions that empower organizations to enhance operational effectiveness, driving strategic initiatives through collaborative partnerships across global HR functions. • Lead HR IT development initiatives by collaborating closely with French and international business stakeholders to understand local processes and align them with global HR strategies. • Oversee the integration and optimization of reporting and learning tools, along with other HR domains such as Core HR and Workforce Analytics to deliver unified and efficient solutions. • Facilitate cross-regional partnerships between HR functions and IT teams, simplifying the HR technology landscape and promoting adoption for continuous improvement. • Act as a key liaison bridging diverse business needs with global objectives, ensuring consistent and scalable HR processes. • Champion innovation by leveraging emerging technologies to enhance HR operations and create value across regions and business units. • Provide strategic leadership in the development and implementation of innovative HR IT solutions that align with overall business objectives. • Collaborate with senior management to define the strategic direction of HR technology initiatives. • Lead cross-functional teams to drive successful project execution and adoption of new technologies within HR. À propos de vousYou are a bilingual professional, proficient in both French and English, with over 7 years of hands-on experience in diverse HR domains. Your strong skills in project management, problem-solving, and team leadership make you an ideal candidate, complemented by a solid record of delivering high-impact HR IT projects. A Master's Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, coupled with relevant certifications in HR or IT project management, will elevate your profile. Your professional skills: • Proficiency in both French and English is essential to effectively engage with global stakeholders. • Hands-on experience in various HR domains, showcasing a solid track record of delivering high-impact HR IT projects. • Demonstrated strong project and team management skills, with a focus on problem-solving and vendor coordination. • A deep understanding of data analytics and reporting processes within HR to inform decision-making. • Expertise in leveraging modern HR technology platforms and tools to drive HR initiatives. Your soft skills: • Experience in agile project management methodologies is advantageous to adapt quickly to changing environments. • Curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring new technologies and methodologies within the HR space. • Strong interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders. • Leadership qualities that inspire team members while maintaining high expectations for performance. • A solution-oriented mindset that fosters innovation and continuous improvement.
