As part of our continued development, we are recruiting Customer Advisors:

Reporting to the manager, your main tasks will be:

• Answer calls from individual clients regarding their installations.
• Identify needs, inform, and direct clients effectively
• Schedule appointments or forward requests to the relevant departments.

You are recognized for the following qualities/skills:

• You have perfect command of French, both spoken and written.
• You have a sense of customer service, good listening skills, and empathy.
• You are rigorous, organized, and responsive.
• Experience in a call center or customer service department is an advantage.
