OPPO is recruiting a Regional Retail Manager – Position based in Casablanca.
As part of our development, we are looking for a Regional Retail Manager to strengthen our team and support our employees in training and operational management of stores in the assigned region, with potential for career advancement based on results and experience.
Main missions:
Training:
- Assure training on new products and sales techniques.
- Supervise and coach new and existing store managers to improve team performance.
- Implement and train on general marketing mobilization projects.
Store Image and Display:
- Control the image and display of stores to ensure compliance with OPPO standards.
- Order and manage promotional materials and gifts in the region.
- Monitor advertising suppliers and coordinate with the sales team.
- Manage basic operational aspects in stores.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Degree equivalent to a Bac+2 (2-year post-secondary degree) or higher in economics, business, marketing, management, or similar fields.
- Fluent in French is mandatory; good knowledge of English for professional communication.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and training skills.
- Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region.
