Job :
o Feasibility studies for projects;
o Participation in the development of project budgets, and updating them as studies and work progress;
O Management and coordination of architectural studies for projects;
O Monitoring of authorization files with the various stakeholders;
O Studies of the residential and hotel real estate market in terms of design, services, finishes, and budgets;
O Challenging concepts and plans and proposing areas for improvement;
O Preparation of specifications relating to technical and architectural services in compliance with budgets ;
O Development of a material database by standard with prices, list of suppliers, technical sheets, etc. ...;
O Support for the technical and purchasing department in sourcing different materials;
O Implementation of product monitoring and identification of market novelties and innovations;
Required profile :
Civil engineering or Architecture degree;
3 to 5 years of experience with a real estate developer or an architecture firm;
Good command of material prices and construction costs;
Mastery of Moroccan construction rules and urban planning code.
