Reporting to the Manager, your main tasks will be:
- Propose a quality service that meets our clients' needs quickly and efficiently;
- Build a relationship of trust with the client;
- Allow each of our clients to benefit from privileged treatment.
The tasks also depend on the nature of the operations we carry out and are mainly based on:
- Portfolio defense: processing cancellation and withdrawal requests;
- Processing contact forms, requests, and Google and TRUSPILOT reviews.
- Processing customer complaints
Required profile :
You are recognized for the following qualities/skills:
- Good command of French
- Commercial mindset
- Good customer relationship management
