Reporting to the Manager, your main tasks will be:

• Propose a quality service that meets our clients' needs quickly and efficiently;


• Build a relationship of trust with the client;


• Allow each of our clients to benefit from privileged treatment.

The tasks also depend on the nature of the operations we carry out and are mainly based on:

• Portfolio defense: processing cancellation and withdrawal requests;


• Processing contact forms, requests, and Google and TRUSPILOT reviews.


• Processing customer complaints
