THE POSITION





  • Manage daily administrative tasks to support our operations and HR processes

  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintain our digital tools and files

  • Prepare documents, reports, and communications

  • Support internal teams in planning, organizing, and tracking tasks

  • Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to administrative processes

  • Work closely with a pragmatic and independent team that values initiative

  • Never stop learning — if you want to grow, we will provide you with the necessary tools and training




Required profile :

  • You have experience in an administrative or office support role

  • You are comfortable with digital tools and can quickly learn new systems

  • You are precise, organized, and pay attention to details

  • You appreciate efficiency and take an action-oriented approach

  • You are communicative, service-oriented, and enjoy supporting others

  • You speak Dutch fluently; knowledge of English and French is a plus


WHAT WILL BE A PLUS





  • Experience with CRM tools, HR software, or other digital platforms

  • Advanced Excel skills or reporting skills

  • Talent for organizing events, schedules, or planning

  • Having read Getting Things Done (and enjoyed it)
