Job :
Main tasks
- Collect and analyze recruitment needs from managers.
- Write and publish job offers on various channels (job boards, social networks, career site...).
- Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, CV databases, professional networks, etc.
- Conduct pre-selection interviews and coordinate recruitment process steps.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Work collaboratively with managers to evaluate candidates and ensure a good match.
- Participate in the employer brand strategy (events, communication, school partnerships...).
- Monitor and analyze recruitment performance indicators.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
