Job :

Main tasks





  • Collect and analyze recruitment needs from managers.

  • Write and publish job offers on various channels (job boards, social networks, career site...).

  • Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, CV databases, professional networks, etc.

  • Conduct pre-selection interviews and coordinate recruitment process steps.

  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

  • Work collaboratively with managers to evaluate candidates and ensure a good match.

  • Participate in the employer brand strategy (events, communication, school partnerships...).

  • Monitor and analyze recruitment performance indicators.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
