Job :
Within the Specific unit and to strengthen the team, you will be involved in the following tasks:
- Analyze and validate the technical feasibility of products
- Create and update technical data: item codes, bills of materials, inspection plans, and assembly instructions
- Design assembly tooling (2D and 3D drawings) for prototyping and mass production phases, respecting cost, quality, and deadline requirements
- Ensure the follow-up of the manufacturing and implementation of the tooling
- Provide technical support to production during assembly phases
You will also participate in cross-functional tasks such as:
- The development of innovative production methods
- Proposing solutions for improvement and optimization of product design
- Contributing to and managing continuous improvement actions
- Optimizing production flows
- Conducting active technological monitoring
Required profile :
Profile sought – Expert / Senior
- With a Master's degree (Bac+5), you have over 7 years of experience in an industrial environment, ideally in industrialization or mechanical design roles.
- Key skills:
- Expertise in mechanics and 3D design
- Mastery of technical drawings, dimensioning, and technical documentation
- Ability to analyze, solve problems, and make technical decisions
- Project management for industrialization projects
- Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, turning, etc.)
- Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks preferred), planning tools, and Office Suite
- Knowledge of connectors is a plus
- Technical English: operational basics
