The goal is to consolidate the company's financial performance, anticipate risks, and identify development opportunities, thereby ensuring sound management and a clear vision of our economic situation.

As Chief Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing all daily accounting operations. This includes account keeping, preparation of periodic and annual financial statements, cash flow monitoring, and management of tax and social declarations. You will lead the preparation of forecasts, analyze variances, and propose corrective actions. Account closing, reviewing internal procedures for efficiency and compliance, and coordinating with external auditors will also be part of your responsibilities. You will manage and develop your team's skills, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

To excel in this role, a solid academic background is essential. We expect a Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher, ideally complemented by an engineering degree or a specialized master's in Management, Accounting, or Finance. This higher education will have provided you with the theoretical foundations and in-depth knowledge necessary to understand the complexities of corporate accounting and strategic finance.

With significant professional experience, ranging from 10 to 20 years, you have worked in similar roles, ideally within industrial or metallurgical companies. This extensive career has allowed you to perfectly master the challenges of accounting and financial management in a demanding environment. You have managed teams, implemented efficient accounting information systems, and demonstrated your ability to lead large-scale financial projects.

Your technical skills will be paramount: in-depth mastery of accounting standards (local and international), sharp knowledge of taxation, and an excellent understanding of financial mechanisms. Your analytical and synthesis skills will enable you to translate complex financial data into clear strategic recommendations. Leadership will also be a key skill to unite and motivate your team, while ensuring smooth communication with the company's various stakeholders.
