Job :
The Director of Studies assists the Director of ESP (Higher School of Public Policy) in the academic management of training programs and the monitoring of studies, in line with the orientations defined by the school's management and academic bodies.
They ensure academic quality, student follow-up, and academic coordination of teaching teams.
Main missions:
- Implement the pedagogical model for teaching validated by the ESP Management
- Ensure coherence and harmonization of pedagogical content between modules
- Coordinate pedagogical teams on an academic level (objectives, assessments, learning progression)
- Ensure compliance with study regulations and academic standards
- Provide academic follow-up for students (attendance, results, progression, specific situations)
- Collect and consolidate grades submitted by teachers
- Prepare academic results in accordance with current regulations
- Prepare all necessary documents for deliberations (results tables, minutes, validation lists, retakes)
- Participate in juries and deliberation sessions
- Provide academic reporting to the School Director
- Collaborate with the Program Manager for the implementation of teaching
Required profile :
- Education level: Master's degree (Bac + 5) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in higher education and/or in studies management, with a good knowledge of human resource management.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in French, with a good knowledge of English.
- Strong interest in the development of higher education activities and human resource valorization.
- Availability, responsiveness, and adaptability.
- Management skills and academic culture, with the ability to unite and energize teams.
- High sense of confidentiality and strong team spirit.
