Job :
As the La Vache Qui Rit & Innovation Brand Manager, you will contribute to the development and execution of the brand strategy to drive sustainable and profitable growth.
You will work closely with the Consumer Insights, R&D, Finance, Sales, Global Marketing, and Industrial teams to make the brand shine and ensure successful launches.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Brand Strategy & Performance
- Analyze the market, trends, and competition
- Identify opportunities and threats for the brand
- Contribute to the definition of the annual and multi-year strategy
- Formulate recommendations to improve performance
- Monitor brand KPIs and financial performance
Integrated Activation & Communication
- Develop the annual brand plan
- Execute and manage multi-touchpoint marketing campaigns
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders
- Leverage digital potential to strengthen brand impact
Innovation, Renovation & Adaptation
- Support VQR brand innovation projects
- Manage the innovation process (feasibility, packaging, reprography, project sheets, etc.)
- Bring evolutions to products and promotional packaging
- Optimize post-launch performance
Support for Commercial Development
- Analyze consumption data, sales, KPIs, and P&L
- Actively manage performance deviations
- Contribute to achieving annual and long-term financial objectives
Required profile :
The desired profile is characterized by the following elements:
With a Master's degree (Bac+5) in marketing or communication, you have 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar role. You are proficient in marketing project management, brand strategy development, and performance analysis. Comfortable with cross-functional teams and agency coordination, you know how to manage multiple projects in parallel in dynamic environments.
Autonomous, results-oriented, and with good leadership skills, you demonstrate agility, curiosity, and excellent collaboration skills.
