We are actively looking for a Sales Representative specializing in the BTP (Building and Public Works) sector, to join our team based in Casablanca. This opportunity will allow you to play a central role in our commercial development, by building strong relationships with our clients and promoting our innovative solutions for construction and infrastructure projects.
Your main mission will be to significantly increase our market share in the BTP sector. You will be the driving force of our growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities. The goal is to retain our existing customers while attracting new partners, thereby ensuring increased commercial performance and optimal customer satisfaction. You will actively contribute to meeting and exceeding sales targets, ensuring a strong and recognized presence of our brand in the market.
On a daily basis, your role will involve actively prospecting for new clients in the BTP sector, identifying key decision-makers and promising projects. You will present and promote our ranges of metal and steel products, adapting your approach to the specific needs of each contact. Negotiating contracts and closing sales will be part of your responsibilities, as will the rigorous follow-up of customer relationships after the sale to ensure their complete satisfaction. Market and sector monitoring will also be an important task to identify market trends and innovation opportunities.

Required profile :
The ideal background for this position starts with a solid Bachelor's degree (Bac +3). We prefer degrees in sales, commerce, or export. A deep understanding of sales techniques and commercial strategies is essential to excel in this role.
First professional experience of 1 to 5 years is required. This background should have allowed you to develop strong customer relationship skills, and the ability to negotiate and close sales, ideally in a similar commercial environment. Experience in the metal, steel, or BTP sector would be a significant advantage, allowing you to quickly understand the technical and commercial challenges specific to these areas.
To succeed in this role, several skills are essential. Excellent communication and proven negotiation skills are paramount. You must demonstrate autonomy, organization, and strong proactivity to effectively manage your client portfolio and achieve your goals. Good knowledge of the BTP market and the metal industry is an undeniable plus. Proficiency in IT tools, especially CRM software, will facilitate your daily work.
