Job :
- Receiving and processing information requests (prices, deadlines, etc.)
- Receiving and recording customer orders
- Monitoring the order book
- Managing shipments
- Preparing export documentation, applying customs procedures and regulations (invoice, EUR1, ATR, certificates of origin, etc.)
- Processing and resolving customer complaints related to goods reception and invoicing
- Processing customer returns
Required profile :
- Holder of a diploma of at least a Bac+3 level (equivalent to a Bachelor's degree), ideally in International Trade or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales Administration (ADV) in an international environment, within a customer service department.
- Fluent English is essential; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing a high volume of daily tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Recognized for reactivity, precision, and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service orientation and good interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with computer tools.
- Knowledge of SAP or another ERP system is highly appreciated.
