• Receiving and processing information requests (prices, deadlines, etc.)


• Receiving and recording customer orders


• Monitoring the order book


• Managing shipments


• Preparing export documentation, applying customs procedures and regulations (invoice, EUR1, ATR, certificates of origin, etc.)


• Processing and resolving customer complaints related to goods reception and invoicing


• Processing customer returns

• Holder of a diploma of at least a Bac+3 level (equivalent to a Bachelor's degree), ideally in International Trade or a related field.


• At least 2 years of experience in Sales Administration (ADV) in an international environment, within a customer service department.


• Fluent English is essential; proficiency in a second language is a plus.


• Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing a high volume of daily tasks efficiently and accurately.


• Recognized for reactivity, precision, and attention to detail.


• Strong customer service orientation and good interpersonal skills.


• Comfortable with computer tools.


• Knowledge of SAP or another ERP system is highly appreciated.
