Your Role:
- Define tooling OS, procedures & instructions for standardization.
- Define tooling KPIs ensuring market completeness.
- Plan annual tooling business plan with Process Engineering managers
- Define & operationalize the equipment & production system for tooling production
- Coordinate with innovation ME team, tooling prototyping development
- Lead ATBU manufacturing team – CNC & Assembly.
- Ensure quality performance according to ATBU specific goals and compliance with customer specific requirements.
- Prepare reasonable weekly production schedule.
- Track and monitor actual output vs schedule Q’ty
- Meets and plans schedule requirements/inventory goals.
- Adjust production schedule to meet customer’s urgent requests.
- Measure ATBU performance in productivity, uptime, quality, cost and delivery.
- Control attendance and costs.
- Monitor urgent part production and push enter stock in time.
- Train, instruct, direct and develop hourly workforce.
- Maintains records and monitors operation.
- Lead change activities for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a cordial and positive attitude and approach to achieve the objectives and Aptiv values.
- Comply 100% with APTIV ethics and integrity policy.
Your Background:
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
+2 year of experience in a similar position within the automotive sector.
Strong problem-solving skills.
