At ADM Value, we are recruiting Insurance Advisors for Ten-Year Liability (RC Décennale) to help building professionals subscribe to their contract.
Your role: contact prospects who have requested a quote, understand their business, offer the right solution, and close the sale with a clear, structured, and confident approach.
Your missions
You will work exclusively on sales calls, contacting people who have already shown interest.
- Contact prospects after they have requested a quote for a Ten-Year Liability insurance contract.
- Understand the client's business: building trade, legal status, specific needs, legal requirements.
- Present the Ten-Year Liability offer clearly, educationally, and persuasively.
- Argue, handle objections, and lead the conversation to the point of subscription.
- Ensure a compliant, quality sale, recorded in the systems.
- Achieve your sales targets with a focus on long-term performance.
Required profile :
You are an experienced salesperson, comfortable selling insurance products.
- Very good oral French level: clear, fluent, professional.
- Sales profile with experience in telephone insurance sales.
- Mastery of sales and negotiation techniques.
- Autonomy, organization, and sense of priority.
- Enjoys challenges and has a results-driven mindset.
Appreciated extras:
- Experience in selling Ten-Year Liability (RC Décennale) contracts.
- Knowledge of building trades (construction, renovation, etc.).
