Job :

Reporting to the Communication and Public Relations department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the communication strategy of the UIR hospital, ensuring the coordination of actions with all departments.
You will contribute to enhancing the image, identity, and attractiveness of the institution, in line with its institutional project and its medical and scientific ambitions.






Responsibilities:




1. External communication
• Implement a promotion strategy for UIR Hospital to patients, healthcare professionals, institutional partners, media, and the general public;
• Contribute to the organization of public events hosted by the Hospital.
• Manage event image (photographers, social media, etc.).
• Supervise digital communication
• Supervise production and publication on social networks
• Website: Redesign the website and supervise updates; manage and coordinate the project with the digital agency.
• Manage and foster press relations:
• Develop and maintain relationships with the media.
• Handle press relations: write press releases, prepare spokespersons, organize media requests.
• Conduct regular monitoring and analysis of the media and institutional environment.
• Monitor e-reputation and digital presence.




2. Visual identity and content
• Ensure the consistency of the institution's graphic and editorial identity
• Design and supervise the production of print, digital, and audiovisual communication materials (institutional documents, event materials, internal and external content, etc.)




3. Sensitive and crisis communication
• Implement, under the guidance of the Management Board, communication actions required in sensitive or crisis situations.




4. Internal communication
• Develop and deploy internal communication actions to foster employee engagement and information.
• Implement and promote communication around the company's CSR initiatives.






5. Reporting
• Develop performance indicators to measure the impact of actions taken.
• Monitor KPIs (web, intranet, social media)
 




Required profile :

Profile sought:




Education:
Training in communication, digital, and marketing.




Experience:
Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in communication roles, ideally in the healthcare sector




Solid foundation in:
Social media: Proficiency in platforms and writing codes
Adobe Suite: Good level in InDesign




Required professional qualities:
Rigor in production planning and meeting publication deadlines
Creativity and sense of innovation
Responsiveness, autonomy, and prioritization skills
