Job :
- Implement, deploy, and maintain Quality, Hygiene, Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment (QHSE) management systems, ensuring compliance with current standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct internal audits, process analyses, and performance evaluations to identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Develop, update, and deploy QHSE procedures, instructions, and reference documents applicable to different stages of production.
- Collaborate closely with design, production, and logistics teams to analyze non-conformities, resolve quality issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Identify key processes, assess associated risks, and propose optimization actions in coordination with operational managers.
- Train, inform, and raise awareness among staff on the requirements and best practices for quality, safety, occupational health, and environmental protection.
Required profile :
Required Profile:
Engineering degree or equivalent in quality, industrial engineering.
Or a 2-year degree (DUT or BTS) with 3 to 5 years of initial experience in a similar industrial role.
Basic Training:
Training in QHSE // Industrial Engineering
Required Experience:
2 years in a similar position
Necessary Qualities:
Mastery of quality, safety, and environmental standards
Understanding of occupational risks
Autonomous, Interpersonal skills
