Main Missions





  • Contribute to defining and implementing development and transformation strategies.

  • Conduct organizational, financial, and operational diagnostics.

  • Design and deploy management control systems (budgets, dashboards, performance indicators, reporting).

  • Manage and coordinate strategic and cross-functional projects (planning, monitoring deadlines, costs, and risks).

  • Support change and ensure skills transfer to client teams.

  • Produce quality deliverables and present recommendations to decision-making bodies.




Required profile :


Profile Wanted





  • Higher education: Master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent minimum (Business School, Engineering, University - specialization in management, finance, audit, or strategy).

  • Professional experience of at least 5 years in a consulting firm or a similar role in a company.

  • Solid understanding of corporate strategy, performance management, management control, and complex project management issues.

  • Ability to work with general management and operational managers.



Required Skills





  • Excellent analytical, synthesis, and structuring skills.

  • Proficiency in financial management and project management tools.

  • Good written and oral communication skills, sense of communication and teaching.

  • Autonomy, rigor, organizational skills, and leadership spirit.

  • Good command of office tools (advanced Excel, PowerPoint, project management tools).
