Job :


Your responsibilities will include:





  • Ensuring intra-LSG (Group Logistics and Security) coordination and managing interfaces between LSG and various central entities, acting as a single point of contact.

  • Monitoring the execution capacity of LSG activities and ensuring their operational performance.

  • Supervising LSG committee activities, particularly regarding GDPR and Ethics, ensuring the closure of CIG/AGG recommendations, and monitoring operational risks and associated control measures.

  • Collecting, organizing, and analyzing data necessary for steering and evaluating activities.

  • Preparing and presenting regular activity reports, including performance indicators, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

  • Ensuring the quality of reporting and adherence to internal commitments (SLAs, compliance, deadlines).

Profile sought:




Education:
Minimum Bachelor's degree (Bac+2) in Management, Engineering, Administration, or equivalent.




Experience:
First experience (internship or less than 2 years) in a similar role in coordination, project management, internal control, or operational support.




Technical skills:





  • Knowledge of project management methods in Waterfall and Agile modes.

  • Proficiency in analysis and reporting tools for activity monitoring and indicator production.

  • Good understanding of risk management mechanisms and internal procedures.

  • Ability to identify and reduce operational risks within LSG activities.


Cross-functional skills:





  • Analytical and synthesis skills, enabling the identification of essential elements of a problem.

  • Good knowledge of the internal and business regulatory framework.

  • Ability to integrate continuous improvement approaches into process coordination.
