We are looking for a Head of Accommodation, Catering and Nutrition to join the Accommodation, Catering and Nutrition Department. You will be responsible for designing, managing, and supporting the implementation of the sector's transformation plan, in line with the group's strategic objectives. Your mission will include process optimization, innovation integration, and improving the patient experience.
Your mission
You will play a central role in the operational and strategic transformation of the sector. You will support regional and head office teams to ensure the efficiency, performance, and innovation of accommodation, catering, and nutrition services.
Main responsibilities
Strategy and transformation
- Develop and manage the sector's transformation plan: business process re-engineering and optimization, digitalization and workflow automation, identification of innovation drivers to improve the patient experience.
- Develop methodologies for standardization and continuous process improvement.
Operational support
- Support regional transformation referents and operations managers in implementing new processes.
- Contribute to improving the patient experience and resolving issues.
- Participate in projects for opening and optimizing services.
Management and governance
- Implement a performance management system: PDCA, KPIs, dashboards, reporting.
- Lead governance bodies at head office and regional levels.
- Identify corrective actions and follow up with the Director of Transformation & Opex.
Performance indicators
- Transformation plan completion rate and adherence to deadlines/budgets.
- Improvement in patient experience (% satisfaction).
- Number of optimized processes and deployment rate of new processes.
- Effectiveness of corrective action plans and involvement of regional managers.
Required profile :
Profile sought
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in management, process engineering, or equivalent, ideally with a specialization in organizational transformation or consulting.
- Expertise in business process transformation (re-engineering, digitalization).
- Proficiency in performance management tools and project management methodologies.
- Leadership, ability to unite and communicate effectively.
- Proactivity, results-oriented, and excellent analytical and organizational skills.
