Job :
We are looking for an English-speaking receptionist/assistant for one of our clients in Casablanca.
Main tasks:
- Welcome, direct, and inform visitors; notify relevant staff of their arrival.
- Respond to information requests, in person or by phone.
- Verbally communicate with security guards regarding any reception-related updates (deliveries, lost items, etc.), including during absences or outside working hours.
- Send reminders to employees about uncollected packages at reception, if necessary.
- Book employees' plane tickets with the travel agency and coordinate the creation of the corresponding purchase order.
- Prepare the summary of employees' medical expense reimbursements.
- Submit expense reports on behalf of the General Manager.
- Track and manage stocks of office supplies and maintenance items.
Required profile :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role (reception, concierge, customer service, or front desk).
- Advanced level in English.
- Excellent telephone communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer tools, ideally with data entry experience.
- Ability to respond effectively to requests or complaints from clients, colleagues, and superiors.
