Job :

Reporting to the Head of Litigation within the Legal & Governance Pole, you will be responsible for the pre-litigation and litigation aspects, including the following tasks:




• Contribute to and ensure the deployment of the strategy developed by the Legal & Governance Pole for the management and supervision of litigation activities within the Branch.
• Coordinate, manage, monitor, and control documents provided by lawyers, advisors, judicial experts, bailiffs, etc., involved in amicable, judicial, or arbitration proceedings.
• Ensure the follow-up of all stages of amicable, jurisdictional, and arbitration proceedings until their execution.
• Conduct legal research and investigations to prepare the necessary documentation for handling pre-litigation and litigation files.
• Analyze court requests and decisions and participate in the development of strategies to be adopted.
• Monitor and update the case law database at the Branch level.
• Report on pre-litigation and litigation proceedings throughout the Tourism Branch.
• Initiate, monitor, and consolidate the Annual Evaluation of Lawyers at the Branch level.
• Lead the monitoring committee for vigilance files within the Branch.
• Manage service provider fees and departmental archiving.





Required profile :

• Strong skills in managing litigation, pre-litigation, and alternative dispute resolution methods.
• Listening, analytical, and synthesis skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Arabic and French; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Mastery of administrative and judicial formalities.
• Rigor in the analysis, review, and drafting of documents, especially judicial ones.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage litigation files with an alert system based on their criticality.
• Knowledge of procedures, regulations, and current laws applicable to Companies (civil and criminal procedures, arbitration, land law, civil law, corporate law, commercial law, provisioning methods, etc.)
• Autonomy and initiative.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong partnerships with various service providers.
• Ability to integrate into teams with a collaborative spirit.
• Proficiency in the Office Suite and reporting tools.
