Job :
Reporting to the Head of the Human Resources department, your main responsibilities will be:
Support managers in managing their teams (organization, performance, engagement)
Lead talent recruitment and onboarding processes
Contribute to skills development (workforce planning, training plans, internal mobility)
Deploy and promote company culture and organizational values
Support transformation and change projects
Participate in the management of social relations and the social climate
Ensure monitoring of HR indicators and propose improvement actions
Required profile :
Hi gher education in Human Resources or equivalent
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner
Skills in management support and talent development
